Thank you to all of you who contribute so generously to the food bank. It really does have a positive impact on our community. As you go into the auditorium today, shopping lists with bags are available on the table. We are now receiving supplies of fresh fruit and vegetables, and we have plenty of cans of baked beans so no more at the moment. If you know of any families who are in need of some support please let us know so we can make sure they are included. For questions or comment please phone Sharon Henderson (027 2445479) who is our new Food Pantry Co-ordinator.

Did you forget to bring your gift-filled shoebox in today? Whew, don’t panic, bring it into our WBC reception by this Tuesday, Oct 31st! Thank you for sharing in our project for children in need overseas.

Are you a bright spark???

CYC Trust is selling fireworks as a fundraiser at the start of November and we need some volunteers to help sell. It’s an easy job and you don’t even need to be good at maths. You just have to be 18yrs or older.
If you’re interested in helping, please contact Josh Port on or

The total amount that has come in for the Prayer and Self Denial Offering is $5609.60

1 Corinthians 12: 27  “You are the body of Christ. Each one of you is a part of it.”

You belong!  Come and connect with others while serving and building healthy relationships.  Create and start new friendships.  Caring starts here, within.  Let’s be a blessing to each other! Use your spiritual gifts and sign up for one or more ministry areas, when the clipboards are passed around in the service.

Whether it is to phone someone for a chat, visit someone who is lonely, cook a meal, drive someone somewhere, we could use you. To be the friendly face at the door, serve the tea or teach the children, we could use you. If you can sing, dance, paint, build, do handy work, we could use you.

Christ is the cornerstone and we are the living stones that God is building into His spiritual temple. (1 Peter 2: 4-5)
